How to recycle a computer in Tampa, step by step

Back up files, pull or destroy the drive, then either drive to a CCC or book a pickup.

The local take

CCC: five intact items, ID, no stripped boards. Pickup: text the tower count. Do not put lithium batteries loose in a box.

Count desktops and laptops — five is the usual minimum unless I’m already on your block.
Say if TVs are included. They are quoted.
Book a pickup or use Hillsborough CCC / Pinellas drop-off for two intact items.
